How to pay the premium from within The Netherlands without a Dutch bank account?

In order to pay the premium due, you have several options. Two of the options are to go to a local branch of the 'PostNL' or ‘GWK Travelex’ and ask them to transfer your cash money to Aon's bank account:

Beneficiary: Aon Risk Solutions - International People Mobility

Address: Admiraliteitskade 62, Rotterdam, The Netherlands

Bank name: Rabobank Nederland

Address: Utrecht, The Netherlands

SWIFT CODE: RABONL2U

IBAN CODE: NL83RABO0633007951

It is important that you instruct them to state our client number and your invoice number or your policy number. Please note that they will require a fee for the money transfer.

Is it possible to pay my insurance monthly / quarterly / annually?

Aon calculates the premium per day. You do not need to purchase ICS insurance for whole months, quarters or years.

If you have a Dutch bank account, you can pay the premium due per month, quarter, year or the whole insurance period at once, through (automatic) bank transfer.

If you do not have a Dutch bank account, you will need to pay the premium due per year or the whole insurance period at once. The payment methods that can be used for this are credit card or international bank transfer.

You will not be charged policy costs.

What should I know regarding the payment of premium?

It is very important that the premium is paid on time. " On time" means within thirty days after you have received an invoice for the premium . If you do not pay on time, you are not (yet) covered.
